Job Summary:
The Master Scheduler will coordinate company and program related contractual schedules to ensure contractual compliance and deliveries are met through efficient and effective operations of the assigned departments, resources or facility are delivered in accordance with company or program responsibilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:As company grows the Master Scheduler may have resources under them that are assigned to specific projects/programs.

Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with programs, sales, logistics, and manufacturing departmentsCollaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needsIntegrates contract requirements and deliverables withing the company master schedule and prioritize workflow requirements throughout the company at a program levelMaintains master schedule for the assigned work centers; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delaysParticipates in periodic forecasting meetings with leadership of the companyAssists companies with their production operations, specializing in implementing best scheduling practices on projectsCreates, initiates, and monitors a schedule management systemSupport Production and Material Planners ensuring relevant staff receives the schedules and that they are followed and records the output into the correct systemRecords program and project progress and ensures that documentation is accurate and that all the various processes and timelines are followed closely for the most efficient results possibleLiaises between customers, Customer Service, and Purchasing pertaining to product demand and the scheduling of purchasesReconciles inaccuracies with customer shipments and deliveriesInterfaces with organizational stakeholders to better understand business goals and revise master schedules as neededPerforms other related duties, as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMust be highly proficient in Microsoft ProjectThorough understanding of contract deliverables including key milestonesThorough understanding of Contract Delivery Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and their demand on an organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferredAt least 10 years of experience is required
