JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Life Enrichment Director is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of activity programs across multiple communities including assisted living, memory care and independent living. This role ensures that each community provides engaging, diverse, and high-quality activities which promote the physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being of residents.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree in Recreation Therapy, health education or related field preferred.Two or more years of direct programming experience with seniors.Experience managing staff and/or volunteers is preferred.
