LPN Account Manager position in the Cambridge, OH TerritorySalaried position - paid weekly + Weekly Mileage paidFull Benefits the first of the month after 60 days of employmentEarn up to 120 hours PTO annually.

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

The LPN Account Managerwill be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas. Under general supervision of the Regional Director of Client Services, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.

The LPN Account Manager must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service performance and consistence with SpecialtyRx mission and values.

Responsibilities
Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilitiesRespond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilitiesAbility to relate to client needsWork with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issuesPerform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparationAudit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expiredDevelop and maintain relationships with facility management teams and nursing staff

Qualifications
LPN State License required for OHIOLong Term Care Pharmacy experience preferredExtensive knowledge of health care proceduresAbility to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed informationDriven and motivated problem-solverAbility to work independently and team playerGood organizational and interpersonal skillsA valid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredWilling to drive long distances in the assigned territory areas
