Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure

Responsible for the timely and quality delivery of IT Infrastructure projects and services including network hardware, server hardware and software, messaging, LAN, WAN and related systems corporate wide. Assure that SLA's are met or exceeded for the areas of responsibility. Manage and develop the infrastructure team. The manager must also have a clear understanding of the challenges of information security.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities


  • Establish and disseminates unit objective, division of work to staff under direct charge.

  • Ensure that all projects will be in compliance with all applicable measurements and production reporting and policy requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable measurements and production reporting and policies.

  • Responsible for the daily support of all systems related to network and server systems, implementation and testing for all locations including corporate headquarters, disaster recovery site and remote locations.

  • Work with other teams to manage the proper transition of projects into production.

  • Ensure that proper operational plans and documentation are delivered with each initiative rolled into production.

  • Ensure the complete and proactive protection of all corporate data and systems through active backup and system recovery procedures.

  • Responsible for the acceptance and delivery of all projects and tasks related to network and server systems integration and implementation and testing for all locations.

  • Responsible for the successful execution of the disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.

  • Participates in the creation and enforcement of the technical service system standards for data, network and voice environments.

  • Manage all remote office network infrastructures projects and requests.

  • Inspire excellent service through coaching, leadership on complex issues, inspire group based decision making and insure proper recognition of the contributions made by the staff.

  • Identification and management of vulnerabilities in an enterprise environment.

  • Ability to exploit vulnerabilities by conducting regular penetration testing.

  • Interact with Governance, Risk and Compliance groups as required to help prioritize risk and assess compliance status.

  • Prioritize and disseminate threat information including indicators of compromise and prioritize vulnerabilities based on active exploitations.

  • Assist in unit staffing decisions (interviewing, hiring, promotion, disciplinary action, and terminations).

  • Required to be on call for support.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities


  • Coach, mentor and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements


  • Minimum of 8+ years of technical experience in a multi-location, multi-national organization providing enterprise services is required.


  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science and/or MCSE, CCNP, CCSP, CISSP and CCA.


  • Current technical expertise in the development and implementation of local and wide area network systems, desktop operations, and related communications infrastructure.


  • Knowledge of network security, i.e. firewalls, network intrusion prevention, vulnerability testing, authentication, and encryption.


  • Experience working with HP servers in a clustered environment.


  • Experience with telecommunications management from both an administrative and implementation level, including monitoring and reporting.


  • Experience with various advanced threat protection technologies is preferred.


  • A strong understanding of Rubrik backups is preferred.


  • Expertise with Cisco ASA, FTD, FMC and Cisco Nexus switches required.


  • Expertise with Cisco routers, DS3, Metro Ethernet, T1, DSL, ADSL, and frame connections required.


  • Experience with hardware and software VPN’s and connectivity is required.


  • Experience with HP Primera SAN preferred.


  • Experience with SIEM technologies is preferred


  • Familiarity with LEC’s and CLEC’s is preferred.


  • In-depth experience managing various Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, Windows Server.



  • Knowledge of Cisco, Citrix, Exchange, Active Directory, HP SAN technology, Microsoft Cluster solutions, HP Primera SAN’s,


    Project, Visio and network monitoring solutions.



  • Strong MS Windows AD experience required.


  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred


  • Domestic and International Travel


  • Valid Government Issued Driver's License
