Seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director- Data Product Strategist and Regulatory reporting leader. As the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic vision of the data products platform to support the banks regulatory reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive financial services industry experience and a deep understanding of Tableau, Qlik, and Business Objects BI platforms.


Key Responsibilities Include- Program leadership, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder engagement, Data Products platform management and regulatory reporting.


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the strategic direction and management of the data products platform, driving innovation and efficiency in business intelligence and data analytics.

  • Develop and implement a cohesive data product strategy that aligns with the bank's overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data visualization and reporting tools using Tableau, Qlik, and Business Objects.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the bank to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights through advanced data products.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and regulatory reporting, integrating relevant advancements into the bank's data strategy.

  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data across all platforms.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance data governance and ensure adherence to best practices in data management and reporting.

Experience Needed


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Game Design and Development, or closely related field required.

  • 10+ years of banking or financial services industry experience especially focused on the management of BI platforms.

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau, Qlik, and Business Objects platforms is required.

  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic data initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes.

The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $210,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
