What's needed for this role?
Communicating with customers Answering customer questions, providing information about products and services, and managing customer inquiries
Resolving issues Listening to and resolving customer complaints, identifying and addressing customer concerns, and de-escalating conflicts
Administrative tasks Managing records, filing, scheduling, and updating customer accounts
Providing support Helping customers with registration or account creation, and checking product or service availability
Improving processes Recommending improvements to company processes and passing customer feedback to the product or sales team
Escalating issues Referring customers to supervisors or specialists when needed, and escalating inquiries to the appropriate team
?Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
