As an Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence at trade shows and industry events, showcasing Zygo's expertise and innovation on a global stage. Your leadership will drive each event from concept to completion, creating unforgettable experiences that highlight our commitment to precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a calendar of domestic and international events across business units
• Planning booth layout, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing logistics
• Handling exhibit space reservations and show-specific requirements
• Collaborating with sales, service, and marketing teams on event strategy and messaging
• Overseeing project timelines to ensure timely deliveries
• Managing attendee logistics, including travel and accommodations
• Promoting events via social media, email, and advertising
• Tracking event metrics, driving lead capture, and ensuring effective follow-up

Required Skills

• Expertise in event planning and management, with experience in both domestic and international trade shows.
• Proficient in project management tools, such as Monday.com, to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Skilled in vendor coordination, budget management, contract negotiation, and logistical oversight.
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in social media, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance event outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Hospitality, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience managing trade shows and corporate events.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Ability to work and travel on weekends as necessary.
• Travel requirement: 25-35%
