Summary:



Customer Service Support Representative, II (Fraud) are seasoned Customer Service/Support Representatives who utilize their extensive process knowledge to investigate and resolve disputed accounts with claims of fraud from consumers. The Specialist II, Customer Service Support (Fraud) reports directly to Supervisor, Customer Service Support (Fraud).



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Use investigative and analytical skills to resolve consumer fraud disputes.


  • Research and verify accuracy of dispute documents, which may include contacting numerous sources to validate the information


  • Process dispute documents


  • Assist with identifying knowledge and process gaps to ensure first-rate Customer Service is provided


  • Seek to improve overall customer experience


  • Perform various administrative duties assigned by manager


  • Properly updates and documents all operating systems and Customer Service applications as appropriate





Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0.5 to 1 year(s) of Fraud experience required


  • Proven proficiency in avoiding State, Federal, and Company Violations


  • Proven proficiency to process all Fraud Applications with high level of accuracy


  • Ability to identify process gaps and trends


  • Proven ability to work with management to assist with Reference Guide process updates


  • Demonstrates problem solving skills by analyzing account anomalies and proposing solutions
