RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their corporate team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities will include:

• Senior Business Analyst will lead global teams to ensure seamless production environment operations and support stores migrated to the latest store platform


• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Oversee data migrations, addressing pre- and post-production concerns following store conversions


• Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly store conversion reports to leadership stakeholders


• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will track store conversions, ensuring thorough pre- and post-validation processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues


• Serve as an early warning system, escalating potential concerns to leadership promptly

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of experience in related fields


• Proven experience leading global teams and managing complex technical projects


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Strong understanding of data migration and technical integration processes


• Effective stakeholder management and leadership communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retail or store platform conversions


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
