Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the forecasting and S&OP process for MRT with commercial and sales leaders within the company.
- Optimize internal inventory through a variety of reporting, data analysis, cycle counting, and sales forecasing.
- Within an assigned portfolio, coordinate the purchasing of finished goods including coordination of delivery to tollers where necessary.
- Drive performance of internal and external tollers by leading regular performance reviews.
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained, striking a balance between inventory costs and on-time delivery rates to customers.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of previous experience in a supply chain function (demand planning, inventory management, strategic planning, supply planning, or similar).
- Prior experience working within an MRP or ERP system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the specialty chemical or coatings industry.
- Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI.
