Cooley Dickinson Medical Group is excited to grow their team with a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Hadley, MA. Cooley Dickinson Medical Group's Hadley Family Medicine began its family practice as a family. Brothers Peter and Robert Weitzman, both physicians, along with medical school classmate Allan Baustin, MD, founded the practice nearly 30 years ago in the same Hadley crossroads where it stands today. Many patients have been with Hadley Family Practice for almost the entire time.
The clinic is Certified as a Level 2 patient-centered medical home, the practice includes 9 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners who all strive to deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to everyone.

Compensation:
For a 1.0 FTE, this role has an annualize base compensation of $247,000 (guaranteed for years 1 & 2, then productivity-based) plus bonuses related to sign-on and retention.

About the organization:
