Starting Pay Range: $27.00 - $28.00
Shift differential: $1.25
As a Processing Supervisor with Tradebe, you will be supervising your shift and handling the day to day in your operational area and overseeing the individuals on that respective shift. This supervisor will also oversee the technical aspects for our Solid Distillation Systems, Distillation Column and Pot Still. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have prior industrial, operations, or manufacturing experience. Forklift experience is a plus.
Do you have what it takes?
Working supervisor who will oversee the performance and activity of the production crew in Area 3
Monitor the operations and make adjustments to ensure safe and efficient operations and troubleshoot all aspects of the thermal desorption unit
Complete hourly data logs and walkthroughs
Assign staff and assist in maintenance of the unit; review operations and make suggestions for improvements
Navigate through all computer operations systems as they pertain to SDS unit operations and related tasks
Manage start-up/shut down procedures for all aspects of the SDS operation and emergency shutdown procedures for all equipment
Participate in confined space entry as well as participate in other plant activities
Ensure RCRA compliance is met; monitor and enforce Health and Safety policies; and train new employees
Assists in performing daily inspections
Assists in processing, receiving and properly storing containers
Inspects treatment and storage equipment, any gauges, dials, recorders, etc. as required for proper operation and maintenance in the facility

What's in for you?
High school diploma or equivalent is required
One to three years of industry experience is preferred
Previous management experience is a plus
Knowledge of start-up/shut down procedures for all aspects of the SDS operation is a plus
Knowledge of emergency shutdown procedures for all equipment is a plus
Working knowledge of confined space entry
Years of experience with thermal desorption units is a plus
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication
Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP's, manifests, bills' of lading are required.
