Join Timken Aurora Bearing Company as a Material Coordinator/Truck Driver, responsible for staging, stocking, delivering, picking up, and dropping component parts from suppliers. Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards in all tasks.

Material Coordinator/Truck Driver Essential Responsibilities:


  • Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently, prioritizing quality.
  • Follow company procedures, maintain regular attendance, and ensure punctuality.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Safely operate powered forklifts and lifts, as well as electronic scales.
  • Conduct periodic cycle counts to manage inventory accurately.
  • Collaborate with Production Control to stage components for work orders, ensuring traceability.
  • Receive and store parts properly, returning excess materials to stock as needed.
  • Complete and review paperwork for accuracy.
  • Fill production work orders
  • Assist in unloading supplier trucks, including outdoor work in various weather conditions, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Operate sawing, turning, and grinding machinery, assisting operators with parts movement as necessary.
  • Drive company vehicles for parts delivery and pickup, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and inspections.
  • Pack and weigh parts for shipment to suppliers.
  • Maintain fluid levels in all company vehicles and report any unusual conditions to the Lead Person or Supervisor.

General Qualifications & Experience:


  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary or trades / technical education and certifications preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and shop math competencies
  • Strong ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Up to date and valid automobile insurance
  • Clean Driving Record
