Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Work under general direction from senior management
Install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Servers and NextGen EHR applications and upgrades
Develop and maintain NextGen customizations and defaults
Resolve NextGen Issues tickets
Develop, maintain and assist in the management of other corporate databases (MS SQL Server)
Plan, organize and implement work activities on multiple concurrent data management projects
Maintain schema, definitions, and dictionary of company databases
Provide database support for activities, projects, services and processes
Ensure backup, recovery, and reorganization of the databases in the event of systems failure
Monitor performance and needs relating to database access and maintenance; resolve and/or document problems
Perform data analysis and complex reporting
Develop and maintain corporate intranet dynamic web pages
Document all database related development and NextGen customizations

SCHEDULED HOURS: Monday-Friday - 8 hour workdays. Must be able to work flexible times. Remote work environment may be considered.
