Compensation Data



First Year Teammates in this role can expect to earn $80,000 - $90,000 annually and have the opportunity to move into progressively higher roles in our organization. This position is eligible for comprehensive Nucor benefits including annual bonuses, tuition assistance, employee stock purchase program discount and match, 401(k) match, service awards, paid time off, and profit sharing.




Basic Job Functions:



The Developmental District Sales Manager(DDSM) role includes, but is not limited to, cross-functional training among Inside & Outside Sales, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance departments at Nucor in order to preparefor a District Sales Manager role. This position, following successful completion of the program and the recommendation of the Sales Managers, will require relocation to a sales territory. The DDSMposition involves extensive travel and face-to-face interaction with customers.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
