Job Description

This position will be responsible for delivering Supply Chain capability within Supply Planning improving user efficiency and ensuring optimized process standards and flow. This individual will work across all Kimberly Clark North America Consumer Supply Planning teams to improve core business processes, drive efficiencies for key internal customers, and build new technical solutions for data analytics, and improve process capabilities. This incumbent will problem solve gaps in core Supply Planning processes, design robust digital solutions, work collaboratively with technical resources, manage core project teams to build and implement solutions. This individual will be critical in leading programs to work collaboratively within Planning and Supply Chain teams to design, build, test, implement, and sustain core planning requirements.


  • Experienced in developing, implementing, and sustaining major programs in alignment with key deliverables and strategy deployment.

  • Deliver visuals and data analytics solutions utilizing Excel Power BI, Power Query, and big data analytics in support of key Supply Planning and Supply Chain deliverables, in partnership with the Supply Chain Operating Office.

Key Customers for this position include:


  • Work collectively with all Supply Planning teams and functions to ideate, communicate, and manage the change strategy to integrate new initiatives with Supply Planning leaders and teams.

  • Use data and process enablement to align, develop and mobilize supply chain best practices that deliver improved service and reduced supply chain cost & complexity.

Essential Functions:

This individual will be critical in leading programs to work collaboratively within Planning and Supply Chain teams to design, build, test, implement, and sustain core planning requirements.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Experienced in building Excel Power BI visuals, Power Query Models, and managing multiple datasets to deliver a story

  • Working knowledge of supply chain interactions

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions

  • Ability to influence without authority

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or related fields

Experience:

  • +3 years of work experience holding multiple Supply Chain roles including project involvement

Skills:


  • Working knowledge of supply chain interactions

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions.

  • Ability to influence without authority.
