Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Claims Sr. Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of data processing systems and deposit insurance regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare routine reports and forms.
• Ensure compliance with deposit insurance regulations and FDIC claims policies.
• Perform in a detail oriented and repetitive environment.
• Capable of learning technical and financial terminology to properly classify and file material.
• Maintain a calm demeanor to accurately and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in a highly charged environment.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft’s Office Suite Products and quickly adapt to FDIC standardized software and database systems.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Four-year business, accounting or equivalent degree from an accredited university to include or is supplemented by 12 semester hours in accounting or auditing.
• Six (6) years’ experience with a bank that required explaining deposit insurance regulations to depositors.
• Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to pass a background investigation, including but not limited to nationwide criminal record search, and other relevant background information deemed necessary by the contract
• United States citizenship is required to work on a federal contract and will be electronically verified via E-Verify
