This is for a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional products/services to our clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to join our finance team.
About the Role:
As an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collections. Your expertise in QuickBooks will be essential in maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
Utilize QuickBooks to generate and send invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
Monitor aging accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
Salary: $31 HR
