Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $18.32 - Midpoint: $21.97 (Hourly N4)



Department/Organization: 214101 - Dean's Office - Engineering



Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm



Job Summary: The Scholarship Data Associate processes and awards all scholarships for the college. Maintains detailed scholarship database. Ensures criteria of all scholarship awards are met.



Additional Department Summary: Serves as a vital role to the overall image of the College of Engineering associated with prospective and enrolled students, parents, scholarship donors, and guests of the College of Engineering. Processes and awards all College of Engineering scholarships. Maintains detailed scholarship database. Ensures criteria of all scholarship awards are met. Impacts the recruiting and development efforts of the college. Works in the College of Engineering Patterson Welcome Center to greet visitors and maintain tour schedules. Assists the College of Engineering Student Recruitment Program Director and college leadership with major on-campus recruiting activities (E-Day, Family Weekend, visiting high schools, etc.). Requires occasional travel for local and regional recruiting events.



Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of administrative experience; OR associate's degree.



Skills and Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including public speaking skills). Organizational skills for planning and coordinating schedules. Attention to detail. Flexibility. Ability to multitask and work well with various people.



Preferred Qualifications: Experience with excel and database management. Knowledge of college level recruiting programs and scholarship programs. Experience working with student information and/or scholarship tracking system. Experience in higher education.
