The Senior Sales Enablement Program Analyst supports the structure, administration, best practices, and ensures high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, data management and excellent customer response. The specialist will work in a team environment as well as independently in the delivery and growth of Sales Enablement programs.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the evaluation process for the Sales Enablement team's learning technology tools.


  • Collect data, analyze trends, and produce reports to monitor program performance, value, growth, program effectiveness and overall efficiencies. Evaluate key performance indicators (KPI) to monitor trends, workflow, and identify any areas of opportunity. Responsible for providing data and insights to leadership.


  • Drive and support focused curriculums for the Sales Enablement organization which includes needs assessment, development of mechanisms for evaluating programs, collection, and communication of metrics for decision making, and implementation of programs and resources to enhance processes.


  • Provide consulting to specific projects and teams on curriculum/training design and development and build long-term business relationships with various groups within the organization.


  • Develop creative and cutting-edge ways to support the organization's growth and learning.


  • Establish themselves as the go-to person for the business stakeholders for these programs and facilitates negotiations between the various constituencies for ongoing program development.


  • Leverage domain knowledge to guide requirements discussions to drive the successful planning, execution, and implementation of projects.


  • Work with senior managers to measure and document existing knowledge via business measures of success.


  • Manage relationships to help balance priorities alongside organizational learning needs to ensure buy-in, sponsorship, and budgeting.


  • Influence the direction of systems, processes, and communication mechanisms that support the learning process to ensure relevant content is accessible companywide


  • Provide requirements and development support for enhancing existing systems. Investigate and become the in-house expert for new technology that supports alternative learning options.


  • Assess best practices and integrate continuous improvement to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness within these systems.



Qualifications


  • Advanced computer skills a must (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, HTML)


  • Knowledge of general training principles and training development.


  • Able to work independently and as a team member. Practiced in managing multiple projects and responsibilities, accessing resources, and managing logistics.


  • Experience building and maintaining relationships


  • Willing and able to learn new software, techniques, and concepts quickly and effectively.


  • Ability to effectively work with and direct individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.


  • Strong project management and presentation skills


  • Must be impeccably organized and have a high attention to detail.



Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

  • Expertise with Program Management
