RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:


  • Systematically collect and analyze feedback to develop actionable insights on team sentiment and performance. You will act as the cultural pulse of the sales team and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Lead and refine sales talent acquisition and onboarding processes in collaboration with sales enablement and HR, ensuring that new hires receive the support and guidance needed to thrive

  • Design and execute innovative, data-driven contests and initiatives that foster consultant and leader engagement, optimize team dynamics, and reinforce performance goals across the sales organization

  • Regularly visit key locations to assess team morale, productivity, and overall well-being. Implement tailored solutions that enhance the daily experience of both consultants and leaders to create a high-performance environment

  • Partner with senior leadership to organize impactful events such as consultant-facing all-hands meetings, off-sites, and leadership summits, driving collaboration and long-term strategic alignment within the team

  • Manage and amplify the team's internal brand identity through strategic deployment of branded materials and recognition initiatives; Ensure that individual achievements are consistently celebrated and aligned with broader business goals

  • Serve as a liaison between the sales organization and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring that diversity and inclusion initiatives are embedded within the team's culture and practices

  • Oversee and optimize the allocation of spotlight budgets and team engagement funds, ensuring high ROI on engagement strategies and events that align with broader business objectives







REQUIREMENTS:



  • High energy

  • Expertise in strategic planning, event management, and team engagement programs

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data

  • Proven track record in experience design, employee engagement, or organizational culture

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing and optimizing budgets

  • High emotional intelligence and a passion for fostering inclusive, dynamic team environments






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
