Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3x per week on-site)
The Select Group is seeking a Change Lead to deliver change management on a large, cross-functional initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans. The successful candidate will have experience delivering Change Impact Analysis and support communication activities for SAP S/4Hana implementation.
Change Lead Requirements:
Experience with change management concepts (i.e., PROSCI), tools and implementations
SAP migration or implementation experience strongly preferred
Proven project management experience
Ability to gain trust and solicit action from project partners
Effective communication and interpersonal skills across project teams, management and internal partners
Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Ability to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds, countries, and time zones
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Must have MacOS experience (Pages, Keynote, Apple Email, etc.)
Change Lead Responsibilities:
