The Select Group has a top client seeking a Project Manager to oversee digital eCommerce and/or Contact Center projects. This is a 12-month contract (with a possible extension) and is hybrid in Austin, TX
Daily Responsibilities
Proactive communication (things that are changing, any roadblocks, etc.)
Building out roadmaps
Writing requirements
Creating Business Cases and Use Cases
Planning and Executing workshops
Planning UATs
Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience working within a product, project, or program management role
Experience working in a hands-on global role, with total ownership for driving initiatives in their portfolio
Demonstrated experience should include an interface role between business and technical teams
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, whether with a peer or via a discussion with senior leadership
Experience working with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

MacOS experience
Jira experience
Education
Bachelor's degree is required PMP certification is a plus
Location
Hybrid in Austin, Texas (3 days onsite)
