YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Banquet Server, you are responsible for performing food and drink service duties at dinners and special events while maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. Your goal will be to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
• Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests
• Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have excellent communication skills and professional attitude
• You are able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch
• You are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 20lbs

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
