Role accountabilities:

Training


  • Preparation and delivery of DtR training to Project Managers in both Project delivery process and actions within our digital tools (Oracle ERP, SharePoint, in-house developed applications) and MS Office templates.
  • Support in the maintenance, update and creation of a global repository of training material
  • Work with DtR Trg and testing BPM (Business Process Manager) to coordinate system access for training simulations
  • Be a point of contact for post training questions and ad-hoc training needs
  • Designs training programmes to meet business requirements

Change Management

  • Executes and integrates change initiatives into training delivery and documentation under the guidance of the GOKC Manager - DtR

Key profile requirements:

Training skills


  • Experience in training colleagues how to use Project Management modules of an ERP (preferably the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module in Oracle ERP cloud)
  • Practical experience in project management and project controls
  • Experience in facilitating training events for new system implementations
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders to define training requirements and design and deliver training both virtually and in person

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $82,400 - $118,450. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
