We are currently hiring Full-Time Hand Packers for 3rd shift at our Front Royal, VA location.

Job Duties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Follow all Food Safety and Safety Procedures and Rules
- Hand packing freshly baked products such as crackers.
- Understanding/Performing Different Packaging Configurations
- Other assigned duties, as needed.
- Duties may be repetitive in nature and require

Lifting 20-30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Work requires attention to detail and following detailed instructions accurately.
- This is a physically demanding job with repetitive work
Job Requirements:
- Must be available to work 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:00 AM).
- Must be available to work overtime as needed.
- Preferred candidates will have previous demonstrated manufacturing/industrial experience - preference in food/baking industry
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be comfortable to lift up to 30-50 pounds repetitively
- Flexibility working on some weekends
- Must be comfortable to work in food manufacturing environment allows you to stand for longer hours on your feet.
