What you’ll do:
The PMO Manager oversees the development and completion of projects in the CompSource project portfolio. Additional duties include providing insight into the project portfolio, lead the organization and scheduling of projects, and coach project teams in delivering the expected business value according to plan. The PMO Manager defines project delivery methodologies that aligns with industry best practices to ensure that project teams are equipped to follow enterprise-wide governance standards and controls for project delivery.

Who we’re looking for:


  • 5+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager or in a role that includes increasing responsibility for project management within the information technology field required with 2+ years’ Project Management Office supervisory experience

  • 1 year experience minimum as a Scrum Master on a software agile team successfully demonstrating the application of agile principles, practices, and methods

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field preferred; 4 years of additional experience required in lieu of required education

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or comparable Agile certifications are preferred
