Top skillsets: Top skills are Mobile Testing and device Testing, and any experience with API testing is also required. Industry-wise, if the person knows Retail it will be a good addition. Automation is nice to have not mandatory.

Mobile Manual Tester

• Well versed with Agile testing, ways of working, JIRA
• Experience working in QA domain around methodologies, test case design, defect management, test execution and reporting
• Working experience with Mobile testing, especially on Real devices testing
• Should know installation / uninstallation of apps on devices
• API testing knowledge
• Working experience on In-Store Devices (preferred but not mandatory since this is very difficult to get)
• Working experience on testing, trouble shooting on device testing with respect to functional, visual, backend testing
• Experience in looking at logs and doing test results analysis
• Good with any one of the Cloud testing platforms - Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, PCloudy, Headspin, etc.
• Exposure to Automation to any tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
