Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:








        • Manage the DSO and Delinquency to meet corporate guidelines (ESG Divisions)


        • Maintain and update Customer Master Records in JDE (ESG Divisions).

        • Monitor ESG Mailbox with Account Set up Team Members regarding Account Maintenance

        • Coordinate Communication with ESG Dealers and RSM’s regarding Finance & Credit Decisions.

        • Interact with Dealers, RSM, Sales & Service Departments to resolve issues that delay payment.

        • Maintain and update Centralized Dealer Files (Dealer Agreements, UCC-1 Certificates, Financial Statements, Resale Certificates, FET Certificates, Insurance Certificates, and Annual Certification of Ownership and Management).

        • Interact with Dealership to ensure that Dealer Agreements are executed & enforced and that required documentation is being submitted on a timely basis.

        • Maintain Tax Exemption Certificates on all Non-Taxable Customers and update on CM Record & Vertex.

        • Secure/review financial statements on Dealers / Customers on a regular basis & input into ESG Software.

        • Administer MSO’s to dealers (Elgin & Vactor).


        • Authorize Payment of Commissions and Demo Rebates to Dealers.


        • Follow up on ESG Dealer Audit Action Items.

        • Review Annual Dealer Sales, Payment History & Financial Ratios an provide guidance on Overall Dealer Risk Rating.


        • Assist Finance / Credit Manager on review of Sales Contracts that are received by customers.

        • Establish and Maintain Credit Limits on ESG Dealer & Customer Accounts (ESG Divisions)

        • Review Bad Debt Reserves (All ESG Divisions).

        • Compile ESG Management Reports (ESG Divisions)

        • Review a request for credit and make a decision within a timely manner.

        • Collection calls on all delinquent accounts (All ESG)

        • Maintain contact with Production and Sales Teams regarding any deterioration in Customer’s credit worthiness that may impact scheduling or completion dates.

        • Assist clients / finance institutions on providing paperwork (Deposit Invoice, Pro-forma Invoices, MSO, Completion Certificates, etc) in order to secure payment.







 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 


  • High School diploma required.  Bachelor’s degree in Finance of Business preferred.

  • Must have background in finance or accounting with ability to read a financial statement  

  • Experience working with Equipment or Auto Dealer Networks preferred.

  • Must be able to build constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Must have the ability to solve problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Must have strong communication and organization skills and be able to manage multiple tasks

  • Must have AR, Collections experience.

  • JD Edwards, Big Machines, CPQ, Power BI Tool Experience is preferred.

  • Banking, lending and underwriting experience preferred 

  • Titling experience preferred
