The Opportunity:

As an RN at Harbor Medical, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for managing patients on Coumadin therapy, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to successfully implement treatment plans will be essential in delivering outstanding care.
Responsibilities:
Monitor patients on Coumadin therapy and adjust dosages as necessary
Educate patients on Coumadin therapy, including potential side effects and precautions
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform regular patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and lab results
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns
Location: 541 Main Street, South Weymouth
Hours: Monday - Friday either 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility

Qualifications
Requirements:
Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Proven experience in managing patients on Coumadin therapy
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
