Key Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care treatments and assessments for residents


• Monitor and document progress of treatment plans, ensuring timely and accurate reporting


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patient recovery


• Educate residents and their families on proper wound care practices


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LVN license in California


• Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred


• Excellent clinical and documentation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
