MTM Transit is Hiring and offering $3,000 for sign on bonus!

We are looking for Maintenance Master Technician to help maintain a fleet of 96 vehicles in our Denver, CO location. This position will perform scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance repairs and services to satisfy compliance with vehicle warranties and maintaining the company and client fleet vehicles.  They will also be responsible for assisting with facility clean- up and organization, communicating the status of repairs and parts needed, and using the 3 “C”s concept: Complaint, Cause, and Corrective Action.

Schedule: This is a Monday-Friday shift from 2pm-10:30pm.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for maintenance, service, diagnosing, and repair of MTM Transit and client owned vehicles


• Areas of repair to include but not limited to:  automotive vehicle, light duty truck , powertrains, undercarriage/ chassis, electronic and electrical equipment, air conditioning and heating systems,  vehicle accessories, equipment drivability, and diagnosis of wheel chair lifts


• Ensure all data is collected in the computerized maintenance management system, accurately listing the complaints, causes, corrective actions and all labor and parts used


• Ensure data accuracy


• Perform on the road repairs (Road Calls) as needed


• Perform additional duties as assigned or required

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent


• 5+ years automotive mechanical experience


• Must have at least 1 valid ASE certification


• Advanced experience using hand and power tools, machinery, sophisticated test and diagnostic equipment related to automotive repair


•  Automotive courses from automotive institute preferred


• Must possess a valid driver’s license


• Must pass a DOT Physical annually

Working Conditions

• May require work outside in cold or hot weather. Shops may not be air conditioned in work bays


• This job operates in a professional Shop environment


• May be subject to adverse weather conditions during times of travel


• May be required to work various days and shifts based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and pass a DOT Physical (Non-Driver) and drug test (including medical marijuana)


• Must be able to communicate with others and comprehend instructions


• Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers


• Able to bend, stoop, crawl, and reach above their head


• Must have the ability to lift 50lbs

Pay Range: $34 to $40 per hour depending on experience.
