Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Web Content Specialist / Web Producer to join their dynamic team. This role is remote that will be supporting the Eastern time zone. As a Web Producer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's websites, focusing on structured content and technical execution. You will utilize content management systems (CMS) to create, edit, and publish content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our client's branding and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming website requests, managing the intake process and tracking the status of requests.
  • Create, update, and manage content for our client's websites, ensuring alignment with standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular website reviews to ensure adherence to Compliance and Legal regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, including bugs, escalating as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend improvements to the web production process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, design, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ of experience in a web production or similar operational role.
  • Proficient knowledge of website production processes, including content creation, design, SEO, stakeholder reviews, legal compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar.
  • Familiarity with HTML, web technologies, and troubleshooting basic user-facing website issues.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
