About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks.
Keep grounds and maintenance areas clean and organized.
Ensure timely, high-quality work.
Additional Duties:
Follow Fair Housing and Oregon Landlord-Tenant laws.
Build positive relationships with residents.
Manage your time effectively and adapt to schedule changes.
Provide after-hours maintenance coverage as needed.
