Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth and expand market presence in waterproofing technology. This role involves sales strategy, market analysis, and customer relationship management, focusing on waterproofing and roofing technologies.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.

  • Identify new business opportunities and assess market trends.

  • Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales and product initiatives.

  • Track sales performance and use data to optimize strategies.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.


Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or waterproofing.

  • Strong understanding of construction, waterproofing, and roofing technologies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related fields.

  • Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time (US and Canada).


Additional Information:



  • Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000/year, with incentives up to $120,000+.

  • Location: Onsite in Coon Rapids, with travel required.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
