How You'll Add Value



The Operations Planning Analyst will perform the day-to-day tasks centered around data management to ensure internal and external deliverables are conducted in compliance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines, in a timely, efficient, and quality manner.



What You'll Do



Perform data entry/updates within Azenta/customer inventory system(s) in adherence to established standard practices Effectively manage multiple assignments/competing priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks Assist with identification and correction of data errors in accordance with quality assurance procedures Perform data wrangling/clean up according to established standard practices and/or customer defined requirements Create tables/graphs/charts to present data in digestible format Establish strong communication with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned data management tasks Manage quality of data going into the database(QC) Generate metrics and KPI's for internal and external customers as requested Assist in analysis of internal data to drive strategic decisions and objectives Assist with preparation and development of client specific procedures as it relates to data management Perform extraction of data and generate required reports as requested Act as subject matter expert on data management processes for internal and external customers Train and act as mentor for other newly hired Data Analysts Assist with scope analysis of new/potential data management opportunities Work with DM team management to establish and review standard practices Provide status updates related to assigned project tasks/projects to management as necessary
