Who You Are
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Project Manager to join their. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end retail construction projects with schedules as short as quick as 6 weeks and as high as 21 weeks, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Your New Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Mentor and lead project teams to achieve project goals.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end retail projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Timberline, Procore, and Project Manager.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
