Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is based in Minneapolis and offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence 1 or 2 times a week.

As a critical member of the Pricing Team, you will be responsible for all pricing across all channels. You will support and extend running applications, assist in the design and development of new applications, and contribute to the automation of our infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in refactoring and designing applications to run on a scalable platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing automation scripts for Groovy/Spring web applications
- Aggressive refactoring
- Ensuring high comfort level with Unix/Linux command line
- Applying Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture design principles
- Developing and consuming REST Services

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant application software development experience
- Proficiency in Automation Test-Driven Development
- Strong automation knowledge using Selenium
- Experience with a Message Queuing technology (e.g., Rabbit/IBM/JMS/AMPQ)

Preferred Skills:
- Strong social and communication skills
- Team-oriented focus
- Self-starter who takes initiative and can identify work that needs to be done independently
- Experience in production support

Our client's team operates in an agile environment, which means test-driven development and pair programming. We are evolving towards a dev/ops model, with our development and QA teams engaged in monitoring, optimizing, and supporting our production environments. We have many projects running in parallel, including Cloud technologies, Infrastructure automation, and SOA REST-based web applications.

Upon offer, candidates must complete a background check. The interview process includes a 60-minute Teams panel interview with Hacker Rank.
