Independently lead and motivate cross-functional teams on a variety of digital projects
Serve as a Scrum Master, leading effective Agile ceremonies and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
Proactively monitor, report, and manage project changes, budget, and timeline risks
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels
Foster a collaborative environment and resolve conflicts in a positive manner
Leverage project management tools and systems to drive data-driven decisions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile and project management processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience
Proven track record of managing complex digital or e-commerce projects ($1M+, 9+ months)
Exposure to a variety of project management methodologies, including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Proficient in using project management tools like Confluence, JIRA, or equivalents
Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify), and Google Analytics is a plus
CSM and PMP certifications are preferred but not required
