Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily workflow of the functional HR applications areas, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations to support the growth and development of your team.
  • Spearhead the support and maintenance of our Oracle HCM Benefits and Absence modules, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting to users, proactively identifying issues and recommending process enhancements.
  • Lead and execute project tasks throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive HR-related initiatives and serve as a key resource on other enterprise-wide projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in HR applications support and administration, ideally within a large-scale organization.
  • Proven track record of leading medium to large-scale HR technology implementations and enhancements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interpret complex information and express your viewpoint effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with the capacity to inspire and motivate others towards a common goal.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and creative in your approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
