The National / Vendor Manager, OSHA ADA Compliance Teams leads a team of compliance professionals focused on operating an effective compliance program in partnership with VA to ensure OSHA ADA compliance. This impactful strategic role for Leidos QTC with work with VA Program leadership as well as executive leadership to monitor and ensure compliance.

In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Provide leadership, strategy and guidance to internal teams on compliance items as they pertain to OSHA ADA. 

  • Lead the National / Vendor team of Leidos QTC Contract compliance specialists to ensure an effective compliance strategy designed to meet and exceed contractual requirements for all of the National / Vendor accounts

  • Conduct routine monitoring and monthly risk assessments working with Senior Director to provide updates for regional efforts.

  • Respond promptly to compliance matters and undertake corrective action, while ensuring coordination with the National / Vendor account managers and their leadership team.

  • Identify relevant information to provide analysis and insight for executive leadership and program management reporting

  • Manage communications, issue resolution and overall compliance engagement with Contract compliance specialists

  •  Keep current on technological advancements and emerging tools within Dynamics 365 leading the organization in compliance innovation for VA.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time or as needed.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.

  • Customer Data Analysis: Extensive experience in collecting and analyzing customer statistical data.

  • OSHA ADA Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA ADA regulations.

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and managing quality and compliance within the healthcare sector.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and informal networks to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

  • Team Building: Skill in building and managing teams across a geographically dispersed network.

  •  Motivational Skills: Capable of inspiring and motivating a high-performing team, maintaining accountability, and effectively solving problems while developing and supporting team performance.


You must have:



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferably in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education

  • 7-10 years of managed care/medical case management leadership experience, with minimum of 2 years of experience in provider network management in areas such as contracting, relations or Osha ADA compliance.

  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively to engage team members and senior leadership in supporting IPA participant operational execution

  • Experience in organizational development, change management, and facilitating teamwork

  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation


Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000 w/ up to 10% bonus eligibility
