The Tempo New York Times Square is looking for a Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Our stylish 661-room hotel is in Times Square, steps from restaurants, shops, and Broadway theaters. Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, and Grand Central Station are within one mile. Dining venues include a restaurant with menu items "fit for fueling for the day ahead", a bar and lounge offering small plates with craft beverages, and an outdoor dining terrace overlooking Times Square. Ideal candidate has a culinary background in a hotel setting and at least one year of lead cook/supervisor experience.
Shift: Full availability is needed for this position
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
