Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Occupational Therapist sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.50/mile.



Minimum Requirements:

• KY OT license


• BLS


• Home Health experience strongly preferred


• HCHB experience preferred
