United Holdings Oklahoma City is Now Hiring a Supply Chain Manager at 5555 W Reno, Oklahoma City, OK 73127. The Supply Chain Manager, is responsible for the product coordinator team and the end-to-end supply chain of the all product and equipment. In close working with sales department, the product coordinator function handles order creation to customer delivery, schedules WIP build ups, and works with OEM business partners to procure the necessary components.
Responsibilities

Manages the product coordinator team responsible for supporting the sale of new product and equipment
Product Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participating in the quoting process as needed by the sales team (confirming product availability, cost, lead time, etc.)
Entering sales orders per the sales order summary and cost sheets provided by sales team
Creating WIP jobs for capturing freight costs, labor, and materials required to complete a product per customer requirement, and maintaining accurate material demand for parts purchasing
Procuring necessary product and equipment to meet the sales requirements
Tracking and updating the progress of purchase orders, WIP jobs, and sales orders through maintaining Oracle delivery/completion dates, updating status through the Open Sales Order Status Report, and maintaining communication with the sales team so that they can update customers.
Coordinating work to be done by the branch service team and following up to ensure timely completion
Verifying costs are reasonable and fully included on WIP jobs, completing and closing jobs
Ensuring all required documents are attached to sales orders and PO’s for audit requirements
Works closely with OEM business partners to manage incoming supply to balance with sales demand
Partners with sales department to pursue cost reductions in supply from OEM through documented negotiation processes
Responsible for ensuring EPA compliance in regards to reman engine purchasing and engine core returns
Works to standardize/document/improve business processes for product coordination team
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, accounting, or other relevant business field
Minimum 6-8 years of supply chain experience in positions of increasing responsibility, preferably in multiple supply chain disciplines
Prior experience developing and leading a team of supply chain professionals that focus on taking care of both internal and external customers
Must be able to foster relationship with critical business partner OEM’s to allow for collaboration on collective customer base
Prior experience managing long lead orders and moving incoming supply to balance sales demand
Must be able to analyze and provide relevant feedback to improve current processes
