As the Corporate Treasury Intern at The Heritage Group, you will support a broad range of responsibilities within the Corporate Treasury team. In this role, you will be tasked with day-to-day cash management duties, monthly reconciliations, and assisting with process improvement efforts.
Essential Functions
Create electronic funds transfers in a TMS and/or bank websites.
Complete bank account reconciliations.
Process checks received to the office.
Support process improvement and automation efforts.
Education Qualifications
Required High School or Equivalent
Preferred Bachelor's Degree : Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines.
Highly motivated, resourceful, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with management and business units.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items and walk short distances.

Intern pay is non-negotiable and is calculated based on current academic class standing $17/hour (Freshman) - $20/hour (Senior), etc.
