The Global HR Services Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR Services Team with projects starting in summer of 2025 through summer of 2026.
Areas of Learning/Responsibilities
HR Shared Services: Help assist the team with case management, trend analysis and provide customer support to employees. Will partner closely with Compensation, Benefits and Payroll teams.
Benefits Administration: Help with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives. Will partner with Benefits team on wellness strategy and selecting a wellness vendor.
Assist in Compensation Analysis: Support the team in conducting market research and compensation analysis.
Employee Communication: Assist in preparing communication materials to inform employees about HR programs.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous internship or coursework in HR or related field is a plus
