Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist for a Electronics Manufacturing company in Irvine, CA! **We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (and will NOT require 2-week notice at current employer).**


Job Type: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA


Schedule: FULL-TIME (flexible 8-hour shift), Mon-Fri


Scope of the Role: The ideal candidate is not intimidated to communicate with clients about Order Requirements. Communication will take place in-person, phone, and email correspondence. Additionally, you will be performing administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, placing work orders, account management, and processing invoices.
