Ledgent is partnering with our client in the manufacturing industry to identify a Staff Accountant to join their team. This position will site on-site in South Windsor, CT. They are open to candidates on a temp-to-hire OR direct-hire basis. Salary is ranging between $70,000-75,000/annually.
Responsibilities:
Prepare & analyze journal entries, reconciliations & financial reporting for month-end close
Prepare reports for annual audits & tax returns
Manage full-cycle accounts payable process
Support annual budget making process
Train & act as back-up to accounts receivable function
Ad hoc projects as assigned by Director of Finance & Controller
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
2-4 years of hands-on experience with manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or related industry
Experience with ERP systems & MS Excel - Syteline is a plus!
