We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly financial statements to provide insights into the organization's performance.
Key duties include:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling bank statements
Assisting with budget preparation and forecasts
Administering month-end close processes
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Intacct)
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables)
This position is located near Sky Harbor Airport and is a hybrid opportunity. Pay is 65-75k annually, and this is a contract to hire position.
