Our client, a reputable global law firm is seeking to hire a Strategic Pricing and Finance Manager! This is a newly created position due to the company's growth, and is a great opportunity to work with senior leadership, get exposure working with different business units, as well as have great opportunities for internal growth!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing pricing, rates, and partnerships with clients to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Play a key role in the development and implementation of scalable procedures, strategic problem-solving, and fostering business partnerships to achieve positive outcomes.
Lead the process of implementing client rates, optimizing long-term relationships and profitability. This includes communicating with and negotiating rates with clients, understanding non-standard rate agreements, and ensuring accurate integration of rates into client systems.
Contribute to special projects focused on automation, scalability, and quality to drive next-generation performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related
6+ years of relative experience
Experience working in the legal, consulting, or professional services industry required
Advanced Excel skills
